A CLEARER WORKING DAY

Keep the conversation.
Lose the guesswork.

Who owns this enquiry? Has anyone followed up? Is that appointment confirmed? Make the answers easier to find.

↗

From first contact
to a recorded outcome.

Keep enquiry details, conversation history, internal notes and pipeline stages together. Give each enquiry an owner and a visible next step.

Clear staff ownership

Route enquiries using configured rules. Review assignments and keep internal notes with the record.

WORK WITH WHAT YOU HAVE

Built around
your existing workflow.

Start by understanding your existing tools. Review the supported connection, agree on the data to copy, then test it before a clinic trial.

Observation first.
Your existing system continues customer communication. ClinicFlow’s customer sending stays blocked during the comparison trial.

IMPLEMENTATION, WITH A PLAN

Start small.
Make the work measurable.

A demonstration is the starting point. A clinic rollout needs agreed access, testing and staff training.

01 / UNDERSTAND

Map your enquiry journey

Identify the channels, staff handoffs and follow-up process you want to improve.

02 / VERIFY

Test the connection

Confirm source access and test capture, duplicate prevention, persistence and permissions.

03 / COMPARE

Run a defined trial

Agree on a limited scope. Compare enquiry visibility and staff usability while sending stays blocked.

04 / DECIDE

Agree the next stage

Review evidence together. Define rollout, support and provider costs before committing.

A DIRECT CONVERSATION

Built by Ivan.
Based in Sabah, Malaysia.

“My starting point is your team’s actual enquiry process. Let’s look at what works, what needs attention and where ClinicFlow could help.”

BEFORE WE TALK

A few things
worth knowing.

Clear expectations from the first conversation.

Is this a replacement for our current CRM?+

That depends on your needs and verified integrations. The initial observation trial is designed to sit alongside your existing system. We agree on scope before proposing a replacement or a wider rollout.

Will the trial send duplicate messages?+

ClinicFlow customer sending is blocked during the observation trial, including manual replies, AI replies and follow-ups. Your existing system remains responsible for customer communication. Connection setup must be tested before real enquiries are copied.

Can the AI provide dental advice?+

No. The demonstration focuses on approved administrative information. Clinical questions are handed to staff; it does not diagnose, recommend treatment or claim appointment availability.

Can you connect our WhatsApp and website?+

We first check the actual provider, account permissions and available data. The current GoHighLevel connector reads supported conversations; website form-only submissions need separate mapping. Direct provider connections are not claimed by this preview.

How does pricing work?+

Implementation is quoted against an agreed scope. Ongoing maintenance and provider usage—such as hosting, AI, messaging and email—are identified separately. A demonstration does not start a paid subscription or guarantee a free clinic trial.

Does this preview contain real patient records?+

No. All names, counts and conversations on this page are fictional illustrations. Do not enter patient information here or in a demonstration request.
